International students may use the following table for estimating expenses (based 在 minimum 12 units per semester required by F-1 or M-1 visa regulations) while attending Chabot College. 学费 and fees are due soon after arrival/registering.

付款
付款, except during the first semester, is due at the time of registration. 你 may use cash, a credit or debit card, a personal 检查 (from a U.S. bank), Money Order or traveler's 检查s (in U.S. 美元)
It is important for students to bring enough U.S. dollars to pay for the first semester fees, books, medical insurance and the first few months of living expenses (rent, 餐等.)
For your own safety and protection, please remember to safeguard your money, passport and personal belongings.
Nelnet Deferred 付款 Plan
To help you meet your education expenses, Chabot College is proud to offer Nelnet as a convenient budget plan. With Nelnet, you can make up to 5 monthly payments and have the funds automatically deducted from your 检查ing account or credit or debit 车. There is a $20 subscriber fee per semester for this service. This is not a loan 程序. There are no interest or finance charges assessed and there is no credit 检查. 了解更多.
Financial 援助
International students do NOT qualify for financial aid. There are however, several
scholarships that are offered annually that International students may qualify for.

International Student 就业
International students are allowed to work on campus part-time, however there are very few jobs available. International students are NOT allowed to work off campus without permission from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and only after you have been a student for over 1 year. To work without permission can result in deportation and denial of future entry into the United States.
